 Meditation is the process of redirecting your thoughts to calm your mind. It is a mental exercise that involves relaxation and awareness.

Now you know that " how to do meditation . It is extremely difficult for a beginner to sit for hours and think of nothing or have an empty mind.
But don't worry we have some tools for a beginner meditation.

Firstly you concentrate your mind , involves focusing on a single point . In this form of meditation , you simply refocus your awareness on any object like staring at a candle flame. Attention each time you notice your  mind wandering. 
Meditation is benefits to the nervous system and also beneficial in blood pressure , improve blood circulation etc.

You are doing meditation in this way - 

1. Sit properly and comfort yourself .

2. Then close your eyes.

3. Concentrate your mind on any object and think nothing have an empty mind.

4. Breathe and moves body with each inhalation and exhalation.
