 High Blood Pressure is a serious condition that leads to heart attack  Stress is a significant factor that causes hypertension . When you are stressed , your heart beats faster and your blood vessels contract. usually high blood pressure is defined as blood pressure above 140/90 .

High blood pressure often has no symptoms. But don't worry here are some yoga asanas for high blood pressure .

1. Balasana -  It is also called child pose . Child pose is beneficial for hypertension patients , this asana reduces stress and improves blood circulation throughout the body.


 2. Virasana -  Virasana is known as hero pose. It increases blood circulation around the legs and help in regulating blood pressure .

3. Setu Bandhasana -  Setu Bandhasana or bridge pose . It is very helpful to maintain blood pressure . This pose also improves blood circulation it is a popular yoga asanas which regulates breathing.
