Hatha yoga has grown in popularity in the west as a form of exercise develops strength , flexibility and mental concentration . It is the branch of yoga that typically comes to the mind . It simply refers to the practice of physical yoga posture.
The regular practice of hatha yoga enchances strength and flexibility . It also helps to mountain healthy joints.
Some basic hatha yoga poses are Tadasana Halasana and tree pose etc.
1. Tadasana - Tadasana or mountain pose stretches all the body muscles from head to toes . It also helps to improve posture , alignment and balance . You can hold this pose for 60 seconds. Tadasana help in improving the posture and reduce back pain.
2. Tree Pose - Tree pose is also known as vedasanas . It stretches the legs , back and arms. It brings balance to your mind . you can hold this pose for 30 -60 seconds.
3. Halasana - Halasana or plough pose , this asana will surely help you since it improves the blood circulation of all over your body . Perform this yoga poses any time of the day to improve your eye health.
