4. Trikonasana - trikonasana is also known as triangle pose. It is best yoga to increase height naturally . Because it strengthens the back and brings flexibility in the spine which leads to an increase in height .
5. Vriksh Asana - Vriksh asana or tree pose works wonders in increasing height . It stretches the legs , back and arms . It also helps improve concentration . It brings balance to your mind .
