5 Yoga Poses That Can Improve Your Eyesight.

 Today we are talk about one of the most important part of our body, the eyes , without eyes we cannot see the colourful world or anything. So we have to protect our eyesight by doing some yoga asans. And we spend most part of our day in front of the mobile and computer screen.


 1. Chakrasana - Chakrasana is aslo known as wheel pose , this pose is very effective and try to improve your eyes health. It improve the blood circulation to your facial muscle and brain.

2. Sarvangasana -  Sarvangasana also called shoulder stand . It reduce fatigue and improve the blood circulation in the body . It also relaxes the facial muscle which leads to reducing the eye strain.

3. Bakasana -  Bakasana is a posture which is also known as crane or crow pose. This exercise strengthen the eye muscles. It also stretches and strengthens the back and tones the abdominal wall.

4. Halasana -  Halasana promote relaxation of eyes and also help blood to flow upwards and stimulate blood circulation in optic nerves . It reduce stress and normalization the blood glucose level in our body . Perform this yoga poses any time of the day to improve your eyes health.
